## Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Good Tree Natural Health as soon as possible. Call (580) 579-9740 or email info@drcarmenjones.com. Our office hours are Monday to Wednesday, 10am to 6pm CST. Outside those hours, please email us.

### Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee.

### Missed Appointments

Appointments missed without notice may be subject to a no-show fee.

If a gift certificate or prepaid service was being used for the appointment, Good Tree Natural Health's standard cancellation and no-show policies still apply.

### Late Arrivals

Arriving late may shorten the amount of time available for your appointment so that we can respect the scheduled appointments of other patients.

Depending on how late you arrive, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation policy.

### Cancellations by Good Tree Natural Health

If Good Tree Natural Health needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Any prepaid service or gift certificate will remain available for the rescheduled appointment.
